Sometimes the leap of faith is all we have

One. Two. Three. Hold your breath, and count to ten. Life isn't always that easy. You can't count your problems away. As much as I would like to say I would prefer it to be that simple, I can't say that is the truth. My mistakes, my misfortunes, my unknown crazy opinions of this world is what gives me something to think about when I have nothing better to do. It's been a while since I've had a blog. I've missed it.

I am now married, and it is pretty much the best thing that has ever happened to me. Marriage is described in many different ways, by different people. To me, it's like living with your best friend, a continuous slumber party filled with movie nights, laughing until your stomach hurts, popcorn, with the addition of a loving hand to hold, and his sweet lips kissing yours. We have been married for a little over seven months now, and have recently gained some interesting, yet exciting news.

We're pregnant.

Funny thing? I am almost seven months pregnant, which means we didn't wait very long after saying 'I do' to get busy, did we? Haha. The little angel, is a little girl. Layken Elizabeth is her name, and she'll be here in September. I'm scared to death, and so excited all at the same time. I've never been a mother, but I have faith that I'll know what I'm doing, and if not, I have plenty of guidance along the way. Whatever the case, I have an amazing husband, and daddy-to-be to help me, right?
